Under the authority of section 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and in accordance with section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant?Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into a one-year extension of the Canada – Atlantic Provinces Agreement on International Business Development, to expire on March 31, 2011, a draft copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
