Under the authority of section 12 of the Judicature (Amendment) Act, SNL2009 c.16, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force on June 1, 2010.
