Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $1,742,697 for 2011/12, $1,011,877 for 2012/13, $55,160 for 2013/14, and $42,200 for 2014/15.
