Under the authority of section 9 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission to construct a three storey extension to the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission building, including necessary short-term lease space during the construction phase, at an estimated cost of $12 million (nominal dollar value).
