Under the authority of sections 63 and 73 of the Environmental Protection Act, and upon the advice of the Minister of Environment and Conservation, and further to the direction in OC2008-360, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint, jointly with the Government of Canada, Ms. Cathy Jong to the Joint Review Panel for the Environmental Assessment of the Lower Churchill Hydroelectric Generation Project to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Dr. Keith Chaulk.
