Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint the Honourable Paul Davis to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Child, Youth and Family Services, with effect from October 9, 2013.
