Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment to pre-commit funding of $3,734,900 against its 2011-12 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the completion of Integrated Case Management System implementation.
