Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 5,880 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, Labrador Regional Office from Goose Real Estate Limited located at 2 Hillcrest Road, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL for a period from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2015 under the same terms, conditions and rental rate of $87,906.00 per annum ($14.95/sq ft) exclusive of HST, as the current lease.
