Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dr. Cathi Bradbury as Associate Deputy Minister of the Department of Health and Community Services, effective May 31, 2010 in accordance with the contract on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.  Dr. Bradbury is to have Deputy Minister Status for the purposes of the Executive Council act, with reporting responsibility to the Deputy Minister of Health and Community Services, and with specific responsibility for Board Services, Medical Services, and Population Health, as well as other duties that may be assigned by the Deputy Minister.  Due to the Nature of the Deputy Minister Status, the 1% salary differential between the Associate Deputy Minister and the Deputy Minister will not apply.
