Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. David Lewis as Assistant Deputy Minister – Policy and Planning in the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, effective May 31, 2010, at his current salary and level.
