Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the remission of provincial corporate income tax for Vale Inco Newfoundland and Labrador Limited totaling $11,610,273 for 2007, and for subsequent tax years covered by the terms of the Agreement, in accordance with section 3.1 of the Voisey’s Bay Tax Agreement and section 19 of the Financial Administration Act.
