Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment to pre-commit $1,420,000 against its 2011-12 and $1,160,000 against its 2012-13 budgetary appropriations in order to enter into a cost-shared agreement with Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited to support implementation of a comprehensive training program.
