Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Business to pre-commit $300,000 against its budgetary appropriations under the Business Attraction Fund in 2011-12 to facilitate a non-repayable contribution to Compusult Limited.
