Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit $6,000,000 against its 2011-12 budgetary allocations in order to purchase timber rights from Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited as noted in the Minister’s Submission.
