Under the authority of section 12 of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to enter into a Timber Transfer Agreement with Corner Brook Pulp and Paper limited to acquire for the Crown until December 31, 2037 Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited timber cutting rights held by way of timber licences in Forest Management Districts 6, 8, 14, 15, 16 and 17, as described in the Minister’s Submission.
