Under the authority of section 4(4) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Inspector William Janes to the position of Deputy Chief (Criminal Operations) with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary.
