Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to set the salary for Ms. Dorothy French as Assistant Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council at an appropriate step on the 1216 Point Scale on a personal basis, with Executive Compensation Policies and Procedures to apply, effective June 1, 2010.
