Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Environment and Conservation to pre-commit $51,000 against its 2011-12 budgetary appropriations in order to facilitate the completion of a contract with Hatch Limited for a flood risk protocol and mapping project.
