Under the authority of section 22 of the Rail Service Act, 2009, SNL2009 c.37, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force upon publication in the Gazette.
