Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Philip McCarthy as Assistant Deputy Minister, Special Projects – Biofuels Strategy in the Department of Natural Resources, effective June 22, 2010, at his existing salary and classification.
