Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Peter Au as Assistant Deputy Minister – Strategic Industries and Business Development in the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, effective June 22, 2010, with salary at step 19 of the 1450 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan upon appointment.
