Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Bruce Cooper as the acting Deputy Minister of the Department of Health and Community Services, effective June 21, 2010, with salary at an appropriate level on the 2448 Point Scale in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
