Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a commercial grant to Bradley Roberts for Crown land comprising an area not to exceed 97.6 hectares, located at Spaniard’s Bay, in the Electoral District of Port De Grave, for the purpose of a commercial/industrial park, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
