Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 16(2) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Judicial Council of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, for a three-year term, effective immediately:
a) Glen L.C. Noel, nominated by the Benchers of the Law Society as required by paragraph 16(2)(a) of the Act;
b) Bradford L. Wicks, Q.C., nominated by the Minister as required by paragraph 16(2)(b) of the Act;
c) Margaret Warren, nominated by the Minister as required by paragraph 16(2)(b) of the Act; and
d) Judge Jacqueline Brazil, President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Provincial Court Judges as required by paragraph 16(2)(c) of the Act.
