Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Paul Lane as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Innovation, Business and Rural Development, Minister Responsible for the Research and Development Corporation, Minister Responsible for the Office of Public Engagement, and Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, with effect from October 9, 2013.
