Lands Act
Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance by the Minister of Environment and Conservation of a Crown land grant comprising of an area of land not exceeding 220 m2 situated at Darby Cove, Swift Current, to Mr. Ronald Mercer for the purpose of a commercial wood fabrication shop, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
