Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation to pre-commit funding against its 2011/12 budgetary appropriations in the amount of $131,757 to fund the second year of the Canada – Newfoundland and Labrador Bilateral Agreement on Physical Activity and Healthy Eating.
