Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations to facilitate the establishment of a Centre for Fisheries Ecosystems Research at the Marine Institute as follows: $3,350,000 in 2011-12, $3,750,000 in 2012-13, $1,575,000 in 2013-14 and $1,600,000 in 2014-15.
