Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act,  the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 74 square metres situated at Gull Pond, Deer Park, in the Electoral District of Placentia – St. Mary’s to Craig Hiscock for the purpose of a boathouse, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
