Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance by the Minister of Environment and Conservation of a Crown land grant comprising of an area of land not exceeding 44.2 hectares situated at Soldier’s Pond to Nalcor Energy for the purpose of a hydro-electric converter station, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
