Under the authority of section 3 of the Sheriff’s Act, 1991, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Ernest Boone as High Sheriff of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective immediately, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. John P. MacDonald, with salary at Level V, Step 9 of the Solicitor’s Pay Plan and with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland. (Revoked by OC2015-224)
