Under the authority of section 21 of the Interpretation Act and sections 7(1) and 7(3) of the Business Investment Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby removes Mr. Peter Au from the position of Chair of the Board of Directors of the Business Investment Corporation, effective from a current date.
