Under the authority of sections 7(1) and 7(3) of the Business Investment Corporation Act the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Frederick D. Drover as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Business Investment Corporation until February 2, 2013, with effect from the date of appointment.
