Under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Keith Barry as a Review Commissioner with the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division, effective from July 7, 2010 until July 7, 2013.
