Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance by the Minister of Environment and Conservation of a Crown land grant comprising of an area of land not exceeding 0.76 hectares around an unnamed water body near Soldier’s Pond to Nalcor Energy for the purpose of a hydro-electric converter station, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
