Under authority of Section 15(2) of the Executive Council Act and in accordance with Section 56 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Honourable Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to offer the Admiral’s Beach Marine Service Centre facility to Mr. Arthur Whelan of Marine Ventures Inc. for the agreed upon price of $41,250 with the terms of conveyance to be subject to such further terms and conditions as the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, the Department of Justice or the Department of Environment and Conservation may require
