Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit $5 million against its budgetary appropriations for 2011/12 to provide funding to Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited.
