Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds as necessary, up to a maximum of $2 million in each of 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14 to facilitate the award of a three year contract commencing April 1, 2011 for the provisioning of Government’s data networking requirements, subject to the actual dollar value of the pre-commitment being determined based on the results of the Request for Proposals.
