Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(b) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 658 square meters situated at Butter Cove, Bay d’Espoir in the Electoral District of Fortune Bay-Cape La Hune to Gray Aqua Group Limited, for the purpose of aquaculture fish silage processing, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
