Under the authority of section 4(3) of the Student Financial Assistance Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Education to sign an amendment to the “Agreement Regarding Student Loans” dated September 1, 1994, between the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and the Province, or enter into a new agreement with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, to implement the Repayment Assistance Plan and consolidate prior agreements without further reference to Cabinet and with the final agreement to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council
