Under the authority of section 8 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to grant Treasury Board the authority to apply any or all compensation policies included in Appendix A of the Minister’s Submission, to any or all agencies, boards and commissions included in Appendix B.1 and B.2 of the Minister’s Submission, with the exception of Nalcor, Memorial University and the Newfoundland and Labrador Research and Development Corporation, subject to the Public Service Secretariat completing a review of all compensation policies as outlined in Appendix A and requesting Treasury Board’s direction on revisions to compensation policies and whether or not any or all of the policies should apply to any or all agencies, boards and commissions.
