Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Paul Morris as Assistant Deputy Minister (Special Projects) – Energy Innovation Roadmap in the Department of Natural Resources, effective December 13, 2010, at his existing salary and classification.
