Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding of $7,708,300 against its budgetary appropriations in each of 2011/12 and 2012/13 to facilitate the provision of the South Coast Ferry Services through the award of the following tenders:

i)  Lapoile – Rose Blanche – Burgeo to Puddister Trading Company Limited;

ii)  Recontre East – Bay L’Argent – Pool’s Cove to Norcon Marine Services Limited;

iii)  South East Bight – Petit Forte to Ray Berkshire Limited;

iv)  Francois - Grey River – Burgeo to Puddister Trading Company Limited; and

v)  Gaultois – McCallum - Hermitage to Puddister Trading Company Limited.
