Under the authority of section 11(c) of the Loan and Guarantee Act, 1957, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Finance to reduce the fee of the current loan guarantee provided to Torngat Fisheries to 1% per annum, effective June 1, 2009.

OC2010-282 is hereby rescinded.
