Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Rachelle Cochrane as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Labour Relations Agency, effective December 10, 2010, with salary at an appropriate level on the 2136 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
