Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of the Building Envelope Upgrading Contract to Olympic Construction Ltd. as follows:  $12.68 million in 2011/12; $12.68 million in 2012/13; and $7.954 million in 2013/14.
