Under the authority of section 83 of the Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “Cost of Consumer Credit Disclosure Regulations”, a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, having an effective date of 6 months after publication in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
