Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Business to pre-commit funding of up to $600,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2011/12 and 2012/13 to provide for projects under the Airline Route Promotion component of the Air Access Development Program.
