Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding in the amount of $3,000,000 against 2011/12 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the awarding of a tender for the initial construction activities associated with extension and renovations to Balbo Elementary to Eastern Contracting Ltd.
