Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funding in the amount of $10,500,000 against 2011/12 budgetary appropriations and $5,724,500 against 2012/13 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the awarding of a tender for construction associated with North Haven Manor and Dementia Bungalow, Lewisporte Community Health Centre Facility (CP2).
